Is there any general maintenance I should do?

All our products include a user manual. This outlines any maintenance you need to do. Most products require cleaning with a soft dry cloth. Treadmills require lubrication of the running deck. We recommend the Deluxe Lube n Walk kit. This provides silicone lubricant and applicator for easy use. Never use cleaning agents, abrasives, oil or water.

I haven’t purchased via the internet before. Is it safe?
