Most products require cleaning with a soft dry cloth. Treadmills require lubrication of the running deck. We recommend the Deluxe Lube n Walk kit. This provides silicone lubricant and applicator for easy use. Never use cleaning agents, abrasives, oil or water. I haven’t purchased via the internet before. Is it safe? We only sell products from reputable wholesalers who have been operating in Australia for over 40 years.
